Register and post!
If you don't register your chances for staff positions are gone, if you register and don't post and your accounts in game will be deleted and your chanced for staff then is next to zero.

Don't ask admins for free stuff or staff positions as it will probably result in a ban.
Earning mod on forums and game is seperate meaning if you get mod on forums, you still need to earn in game.
